All about the stickers

What kind of stickers do you sell?

We make beautiful, handcrafted, journaling stickers on Japanese washi (rice) paper — delicate but robust. Perfect for planners, bullet journals, and scrapbooks!

Our stickers are kiss-cut, meaning only the top layer is gently trimmed — making them easy to peel and apply without tearing the backing paper.

Each sticker is created with a collective blend of traditional handcrafting and sparks of innovation.

Sheet size & Packaging

Each washi sticker sheet measures 15cm x 11cm (6” x 4.25”) and weighs approximately 2 grams. Whether ordering one sheet or multiple, we carefully package all products in 24cm x 16cm Manilla board-backed envelopes marked "Please Do Not Bend" to ensure secure delivery worldwide!

As a family-run business, we print, cut, pack, and ship each sheet with love right here in our little home office in Essex, UK.

Are your stickers eco-friendly?

We use eco-conscious washi paper and packaging to keep both your journal and the planet happy :)

Are your stickers reuseable?

Collective Paper Co stickers are designed for one-time use, but they're durable and won't easily tear when you apply them.

Can I order custom stickers?

At the moment, we focus on our ready-made designs, but we love hearing ideas. If enough people request a style, we may add it to the shop so feel free to email hello@collectivepaper.co

Are your stickers waterproof?

Our washi stickers prefer staying dry.

Can I write on your stickers?

Based on our testing of different pen brands, we determined that micro pigment ink Pigma Micron is the most effective for our washi paper stickers.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Absolutely! We are based in Essex, UK and ship around the world via Royal Mail Tracked - because stickers should know no borders. Royal Mail shipping times depend on your location, which you’ll see all the options at checkout. Stick around ;)

How much is UK shipping?

Spend £30 or more in the UK mainland, and we’ll ship your goodies for FREE with Royal Mail Tracked 48 — speedy and tracked, just for you!

Got a smaller UK order of £29.99 or less? No worries, delivery is just £3.70 with the same trusty Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

How much is International shipping?

Estimated delivery times align with Royal Mail but may vary due to customs and other factors.

We will ship International orders via Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) International - Tracked.

With PDDP, all customs duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, ensuring no unexpected charges upon arrival.

International Tracked includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package via Royal Mail.

All costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on total order value and order weight.

Europe Zone 1 e.g. Germany or France

Europe Zone 2 e.g. Poland or Spain

Europe Zone 3 e.g. Albania or Iceland 

  • £9.60 for 99 grams and under
  • £11.30 for 100 grams and over
  • Usually arrives 3–5 working days from dispatch.

World Zone 1 e.g. South America, Middle East or Asia

  • £9.60 for 99 grams and under
  • £13.95 for 100 grams and over
  • Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.

World Zone 2 e.g. Australia

  • £9.60 for 99 grams and under
  • £14.10 for 100 grams and over
  • Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.

World Zone 3 - USA

  • £9.60 for 99 grams and under
  • £13.20 for 100 grams and over
  • Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.

What about Customs, Duties and Taxes?

Please review your country's import regulations prior to ordering.

All international shipments from the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country’s rules.

To make this process smooth and transparent, we use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service for International shipping. With PDDP, all customs duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at check out, ensuring no unexpected charges upon arrival.

What this means for you:

  • The price you pay at checkout includes the cost of customs and handling fee, duties, and taxes.
  • You will not be required to pay additional fees when your order arrives.
  • This applies especially to shipments to the USA and other countries where customs fees apply.

Can I track my order?

Indeed! We use Royal Mail Tracked services, so you can keep an eye on your stickers’ journey all the way from Essex, UK to your doorstep.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As a family-run business, we get your order ready within 1–2 working days (weekends and UK holidays excluded) once payment is confirmed. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s dispatched and on its way to you.

Once dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked:

  • UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days.
  • Europe? Expect 3-5 working days of anticipation.
  • International? approximately 6-7 working days depending on location.

All delivery times are estimates and counted from the dispatch date.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We totally get it — sometimes plans change! If you need to update your order, please contact us at hello@collectivepaper.co as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.

Once your order moves into processing or fulfillment, changes might not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

No worries! If Royal Mail loses or damages your order, we’ve got your back with refunds to make things right. If this happens, contact us at hello@collectivepaper.co and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I want to return an order?

Because our stickers are one of a kind, we can't accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind. But don’t worry — if your order arrives damaged or wrong, we’ve got you covered.
