Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Returns and refunds are only available if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at hello@collectivepaper.co with photo evidence for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Replacements

If you’d prefer a replacement, we’ll send it out as soon as possible once we’ve confirmed the issue.
