Working/business days definition
Working/business days are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays. As a small family-run business, sometimes we take a little break to recharge (yes, holidays happen too!). When that’s the case, we’ll always let you know in advance by posting the dates clearly on our website. During these times, the website will be temporarily closed, so you won’t be able to place orders until we’re back, but don’t worry - stick around, we’ll be back soon!
Dispatch & Fulfilment Times
We aim to get your order ready within 24 hours. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s dispatched and on its way to you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and counted from the dispatch date:
UK Orders: typically arrive within 1–3 working days.
European Orders: usually within 3–5 working days.
International Orders: vary by location, typically 6–7 working days although customs or other delays may extend delivery.
📦 UK Delivery Rates
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
UK orders £30 and over: free UK mainland delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually arrives 2 working days from dispatch).
UK orders £29.99 and under: Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.20 (usually arrives 2 working days from dispatch).
✈️ International Delivery Rates
Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs and other factors.
We will ship International orders via Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) International - Tracked.
With DDP, any applicable import customs duties and taxes are calculated and included in the delivery cost at check out, ensuring no additional charges on delivery.
Any customs forms are completed by us, so your parcel should clear customs smoothly.
International - Tracked includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
USA: Royal Mail International Tracked (and insured) at $7.00 USD.
Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch).
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked (and insured) at £15.00.
Usually arrives 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Canada: Royal Mail International Tracked (and insured) at $14.00 CAD.
Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.
Australia: Royal Mail International Tracked (and insured) at $18.00 AUD.
Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.
Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Tracked (and insured) at £12.00.
Usually arrives 6–7 working days from dispatch.
🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please review your country's import regulations prior to ordering.
All international shipments from the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country’s rules.
Important: Starting 29 August 2025, the US government has removed the $800 USD exemption for customs duties. This means all commercial shipments from the UK to the USA, regardless of value, will incur customs duties and taxes.
To make this process smooth and transparent, we use Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service for International delivery. With DDP, any applicable import customs duties and taxes are calculated and included in the delivery cost at check out, ensuring no additional charges on delivery.
What this means for you:
- The price you pay at checkout includes the cost of customs and handling fee, duties, and taxes.
- You will not be required to pay additional fees when your order arrives.
- This applies especially to shipments to the USA and other countries where customs fees apply.
As global delivery rules constantly change, we understand it can be frustrating for you (and for us). We are committed to adapting and improving our processes and costs to make buying from Collective Paper Co as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
Delays & Liability
While we do our best, delivery times aren’t guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events. Once your order leaves us, it is in Royal Mail’s hands—and yours.
Returns / Refunds Related to Delivery
We use tracked services for all UK and International deliveries to ensure reliable and secure delivery. While we take every care to dispatch your order promptly and securely, we cannot accept liability for parcels lost or damaged once they have left our premises. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us for assistance. Please do not send order enquiries via social media or send the same message via multiple different platforms. This will only cause confusion and delay our response to you.
🎁 Delivery Packaging Information
Sticker-only orders ship in 24cm x 16cm Manilla board-backed envelopes marked “Please Do Not Bend” for safe worldwide delivery, while larger orders with tape ship in 24cm x 16cm x 2.5cm letterbox-friendly boxes.
Wrong Address Policy
Double-check your delivery info at checkout. We cannot be liable for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer errors.
Unforeseen Events Disclaimer
Due to to the rollercoaster of global events (CV-19 and unexpected curveballs), delivery might take a little longer than usual sometimes. We promise we’re doing everything we can to get your goodies to you ASAP. Thanks a bunch for your patience and support!
