Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@collectivepaper.co with photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal  

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please use our withdrawal form.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked by us. Please make sure the item is securely packaged, as we cannot be responsible for items lost and/or damaged during transit. The return shipping label or postage back to us is the customer’s responsibility.

Rest of World  

For customers outside the EU, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if stated at the point of sale or if required by local law. Otherwise, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
